Cancellation terms are governed by the airline's fare rules. Service fees may be non-refundable.

As an independent travel agency, our role is to facilitate cancellations on your behalf with the airline or travel supplier; however, refund eligibility is ultimately determined by the fare rules of the ticketed airline.
1. 24-Hour Risk-Free Cancellation
In accordance with U.S. Department of Transportation regulations, Travelgliders.us offers a 24-hour cancellation window for eligible bookings:
- Bookings made at least 7 days prior to the scheduled departure date may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund of the base fare and taxes.
- Our service fee may be non-refundable under the 24-hour cancellation policy.
- The 24-hour window begins at the time of booking confirmation, not the time of search.

2. Cancellation After 24 Hours
After the 24-hour risk-free window, cancellation terms depend on the fare type purchased:

3. Travelgliders.us Cancellation Service Fee
In addition to any airline-imposed cancellation penalties, Travelgliders.us charges a cancellation processing service fee. This fee covers the administrative cost of processing your cancellation, communicating with the airline, and managing your refund:

4. How to Request a Cancellation
- 1. Log in to your account at www.travelgliders.us and navigate to 'My Bookings.'
- 2. Select the booking you wish to cancel and click 'Request Cancellation.'

- 4. You will receive a cancellation confirmation email within 2 business hours.
- 5. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days, subject to airline processing times.
5. Airline-Initiated Cancellations
If an airline cancels your flight, you are generally entitled to a full refund of all amounts paid. Travelgliders.us will assist you in claiming your refund from the airline. In the event of an airline-initiated cancellation:
- Travelgliders.us will waive our cancellation service fee.
- We will contact the airline on your behalf to process the refund.
- Airline refund timelines may range from 7 to 30 business days depending on the carrier.
- Travelgliders.us is not responsible for delays in refund processing by the airline.
6. Non-Refundable Taxes and Fees
Some government taxes, airport fees, and security charges are non-refundable regardless of the fare type. These vary by country and airport. Travelgliders.us will clearly identify any non-refundable components when processing your cancellation.
7. Travel Insurance Recommendation
Travelgliders.us strongly recommends that all travelers purchase travel insurance to protect against unexpected cancellations due to medical emergencies, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events.
