5. Airline-Initiated Cancellations

If an airline cancels your flight, you are generally entitled to a full refund of all amounts paid. Travelgliders.us will assist you in claiming your refund from the airline. In the event of an airline-initiated cancellation:

• Travelgliders.us will waive our cancellation service fee.
• We will contact the airline on your behalf to process the refund.
• Airline refund timelines may range from 7 to 30 business days depending on the carrier.
• Travelgliders.us is not responsible for delays in refund processing by the airline.

6. Non-Refundable Taxes and Fees

7. Travel Insurance Recommendation

Travelgliders.us strongly recommends that all travelers purchase travel insurance to protect against unexpected cancellations due to medical emergencies, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events.
