This Fulfillment Policy explains how Travelgliders.us, an independent travel agency, processes, confirms, and delivers travel bookings made through our platform. By making a reservation through Travelgliders.us, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

1. About Travelgliders.us

Travelgliders.us is a licensed, independent travel agency that facilitates the purchase of airline tickets, hotel reservations, car rentals, and travel packages on behalf of our customers. We do not own, operate, or control any airline, aircraft, hotel, or transportation service. All travel services are provided by third-party travel suppliers.

2. Booking Confirmation

Upon completing your booking and receiving payment, Travelgliders.us will:

• Send an initial booking acknowledgment to your registered email address within 30 minutes of payment.
• Issue a confirmed booking reference number once the reservation has been confirmed with the airline or supplier.
• Deliver your e-ticket(s) or travel vouchers to your email address within 2–4 hours for most bookings (subject to airline processing times).
• Send a complete itinerary summary including all flight details, booking references, and passenger information.

Please note: Receipt of a booking acknowledgment does not guarantee final confirmation. Booking confirmation is subject to seat availability and airline acceptance at the time of ticketing.

All travel documents including e-tickets, itineraries, and booking confirmations are delivered electronically to the email address provided at the time of booking. Travelgliders.us does not issue paper tickets. Please ensure your email address is accurate and check your spam or junk folder if documents are not received promptly.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed on Travelgliders.us are quoted in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Your total charge will include the base fare, applicable taxes, government fees, fuel surcharges, and our service fee. Full payment is required at the time of booking. Travelgliders.us reserves the right to cancel unconfirmed bookings if payment cannot be processed.

6. Failed or Declined Bookings

If a booking cannot be fulfilled due to seat unavailability, pricing errors, or payment failure, Travelgliders.us will:

• Notify you by email within 4 hours.
• Offer an alternative itinerary of equal or comparable value at no additional cost.
• Process a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days if no suitable alternative is accepted.

7. Name Corrections

Passenger names must match government-issued identification exactly. Travelgliders.us will attempt to facilitate minor name corrections (e.g., spelling errors) with the airline on your behalf; however, corrections are subject to the airline's own policies and may incur fees. We are not responsible for boarding denials resulting from name mismatches.

8. Responsibility Disclaimer

Travelgliders.us acts solely as a booking intermediary. We are not responsible for flight delays, cancellations, schedule changes, or service disruptions caused by airlines or other travel suppliers. Any claims for compensation in such events must be directed to the operating carrier or supplier.
